For those looking to enhance their well-being, a six-session workshop designed to build resilience and manage stress will be delivered by Luna Blu. This series is a testament to The Kayaks’ commitment to providing practical support to its members.
Adding to the enriching experiences, Lauren Osborne, a respected author, illustrator, and autism expert, will be leading an ‘Exploring Autism Diagnosis’ session. Her personal journey and expertise offer an insightful perspective on navigating the diagnosis process.
