We have fun days out during the holidays and at weekends, we always try to see different places, explore new adventures, teach our young ones there is life to explore. We include the whole family and love meeting new people and animals. Find out more from our news updates about what we get up to.

Wreath making at The Hub

We had so much fun making our Christmas wreaths. We had alcohol free mulled wine as we were driving, cake and coffee. There was fourteen of us laughing, joking and singing along to Christmas songs. Really got us into the Christmas spirit. We will definitely be repeating this next year.

Our History

KAYAKS was formed in July 2010 by six families who recognised that a “joined up” information, guidance and advice service, was not available in the North East of England for families affected by Special Educational needs.
